Harley-Davidson Club Finland welcomes all Harley-Davidson riders to Super Rally 2009, which will be held 28.5. – 1.6.2009 in Seinäjoki, Finland
Come to enjoy five unforgettable days of good music, shows and competitions, cold beer & tasty food and the company of fellow bikers from all over the world!
Seinäjoki is located in Pohjanmaa, western Finland, 350 km from Helsinki and 300 km from Turku ferry ports. The rally area is like a green oasis at the lakeshore with excellent camping facilities and large premises for music and competitions. For those who prefer indoor accommodation, there are cabins and hotel rooms at the distance of only a few kilometres.
In Pohjanmaa the horizon is far away, the roads are straight and the sky is high. No wonder it is sometimes called the Texas of Finland. More than a hundred years ago a group of hotheads called “häjyt” wandered on those plains and unlike their wild west contemporaries, they settled their disputes with knives called “puukko”, instead of six shooters. Now there is peaceful, but you will find the rich history of the region in buildings, food and local place-names. And you can purchase beautifully decorated puukko-knives there!
